This is our program for hearing directly from customers like you, what's working, what's missing, and what you need next from Lightware. Run by our Product management team, it takes about 2 minutes to join.
We'll never reach out more than 4 times a year, and below you can choose which kinds of requests you're open to (a quick survey, a usability test, or a short call), so you're only asked for things you've actually agreed to. Joining or leaving this program has no effect on the support you receive.
